I'm back!

Oh yes, I can sense the excitement, I'm back!

Why?

Why not.

I'm here at work in my office (ABN Midlands in Thurles). I'm a quantity surveyor, I got that diploma I was talking about in my last post! Which was believe it or not (look at the dates) 2 and half years ago! Working here since June 2007, but theres a problem...part-time at the moment, you know the whole economic depression thing. Throw a few CV's around , but as of yet no luck.

Ok so, why have a re-visited my old old blog that I had regothen about and have only remembered by chance?

Welll the truth is I wanted to start a blog to keep track of my running training (I want to one day do some sort of marathon). I've been in the gym for the last 3 months or so, doing the odd bit...nothing special!

Last night I did some road running, managed 4.3 miles in 40 minutes, very proud of myself!

Right better get back to work, have to get a tender out this evening.

Hopefully I'll be back here more consistently from now on!

Lazy Saturdays

Yes the lazy day, Saturday, well I suppose you could say Sunday is another one of these days too. Anyhow got up this morning at half one, had a great sleep by the way! I'm down in Waterford as I said yesterday, living in a students house with 5 others, 4 fellas and one lady or(your one that complains alot). Its great craic altogether. We went to 24hour Tescos last night for some junk food, you know its 2 o' clock in the morning and you feel like a drive! So anyway on the way back I stopped the car I told Johnny who was in the seat next to me to grab a cone on the side of the road, it was very funny but the car got abit wet! I think we'll go off and get one tonight as well, something to do shur! O ya I'm sure your wondering what I bought, a cheese cake, it was alright a tad too lemony though.
Arsenal are playing at the moment against Newcastle, I'm watching them on the telly, not looking great there losing one nil but there's still plenty left in the game. After all its Arsenal we're talking about here. I support Arsenal and I probably will die for Arsenal some day! The red of the jersey runs through my veins, literally!

This is it, the start of a new era!

So I've decided to do my own blog. Heard alot about them, don't know much about them, have to learn about them. I suppose I should start by reading other peoples blogs and see what the hell people talk about but Im pretty sure its the usual crap you read on bebo and so on. So....... hmmmm my name is Martin and Im from Ireland, Mullinahone to be precise, its a small village in Co. Tipperary. Im currently going to college in Waterfort IT, it's great craic down here, studying construction economics in year 3, going to get my diploma hopefully at the end of the year, with the help of abit of studying I suppose! I hate studying, but I love cheese, do you? haha aaaaaaa right that will do for tonight I might add more later on, depends on how bored I am!
